If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you.
Requests for product returns or exchanges are subject to valid and reasonable reasons, as deemed acceptable by us. Please note that returns will not be refunded.

Our return policies strictly apply to purchases made from www.koopers.co only and do not extend to purchases made from our authorized dealers.
You have seven (7) days from the date you received the item or from the courier delivery date record to contact Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. regarding a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging without any damages, and you must present the original receipt or invoice from Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. during the return process. Items eligible for return must meet the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

Item: The item must be in its original, unused condition. For example, strollers must not show any signs of wear and tear on the wheels.

Packaging: The item packaging must be complete with the instruction manual booklet, product tag, additional accessories (if any), and original receipt or invoice.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and redelivery for returns unless they have received the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item that does not match the description on the website.

Non-returnable Items:

You do not have the right to return, replace, or exchange products that:

  • Have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Have been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized personnel or companies.
  • Are not in their original condition and packaging (for example, if they came in a sealed box or plastic packaging that has been removed, broken, or torn).
  • Have been damaged due to misuse or show signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty.
  • Have been assembled, used, altered, or installed, unless defective. Are being returned due to a change of mind.

Before arranging the return, please contact Koopers Customer Service at 03 7832 4338 from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., or email [email protected] to notify us of your intention to return the item. We will assign an officer to handle your case, and you will be informed accordingly. Please mention the assigned officer’s name in all your documents and correspondence for ease of reference and tracing. After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of its condition and the status of your return.

If all terms and conditions of the return are met, Koopers will proceed to replace or exchange the returned item within seven (7) working days

Our Return Policy does not apply to gift vouchers, delivery or installation charges, products sold at special markdowns, normal wear and tear after leaving the warehouse, or damaged items resulting from misuse or negligence on your part.
