Request for product Return or Exchange is subject to valid and reasonable reasons that are acceptable to us. Please note that any returns to us will not be refunded.

Our return policies are strictly applicable to purchases from www.koopers.co only and does not extend to purchases made from our authorised dealers

You have SEVEN (7) calendar days to contact Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. to return an item from the date you received the item or from the courier delivery date record.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging without any damages and original receipt or invoice from Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd must be presented in the return process. Item to be returned must satisfy the following conditions:

Item eligible to be returned must satisfy the following conditions:

  1. Item:

The item must be in its original, unused condition. Example – the strollers must not have any appearance / sign of wear and tear on the wheel.

  1. Packaging:

The item packaging must be complete with instruction manual booklet, product tag, additional accessories (if any), and original receipt or invoice.

  1. Shipping:

Customers will need to arrange their own shipping and redelivery for the return unless you have received a wrong item, damaged item or item that is not as described in the website.

Non-returnable

You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Products has been tampered or repaired by unauthorized personnel or company
  3. Items that are not in original condition and packaging (For example, it came in a sealed box or plastic packaging and this was removed, broken or torn)
  4. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period
  5. Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
  6. Change of mind

Before arranging the return, please contact Koopers Customer Service at 03 7832 4338  from Monday-Friday excluding public holiday 10am-12pm, 2-5pm or email support@koopers.co to ensure that we are aware of your intention to return the item. We will assign an officer to be in charge of your case, and you will be informed accordingly. Please mention his/her name in all your documents / correspondences for ease of reference and tracing. Upon completion of our inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of its condition and the status of your return.

Koopers will proceed to replace or exchange the returned item within 7 working days if all the terms and conditions of the return has been met.

*Our Return Policy does not apply to gift vouchers, delivery or installation charges, products sold as special markdown, normal wear and tear after leaving the warehouse and damaged items resulting from misuse or own negligence.
