Request for product Return & Refund is subject to valid and reasonable reasons acceptable to us. Please note that the Refund terms and procedures are slightly different for each case, depending on the payment method used – IPAY88 or SPLIT. Please contact our customer service line to clarify before proceeding further.
Our return and refund policies are strictly applicable to purchases from www.koopers.co only and does not extend to purchases made from our authorised dealers.
You have SEVEN calendar days to contact Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and includes the original receipt or invoice from Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd.
- Item to be returned must satisfy the following conditions:
Item: The item must be in its original, unused condition. Example – the strollers must not have any appearance / sign of wear and tear on the wheel.
- Packaging: The item packaging must be complete with instruction manual booklet, product tag, additional accessories (if any), and original receipt or invoice.
- Shipping: Customers will need to arrange their own shipping for the return and bear the shipping fees (including the initial shipping fees from Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. to customers, when you first bought it. This will be deducted from the amount to be refunded). Free shipping policy is not applicable for returned items.
Before arranging the return, do contact Koopers Customer Service at email@example.com to ensure that we are aware of your intention to return the item. We will assign an officer to be in charge of your case, and you will be informed accordingly. Please mention his/her name in all your documents / correspondences for ease of reference and tracing.
Once we received your returned item, you will be notified accordingly. Upon completion of our inspection of the returned item, you will be notified of its condition and the status of your refund.
Please note that Koopers Distribution Sdn Bhd will not accept return of any product that has been used, including but not limited to product that show visible wear and tear, and / or fabric parts / items that have been worn or washed.
We will refund to you in the event of the following exceptional circumstances:
- Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason whatsoever (other than when we are at fault), we will attempt to notify you while the parcel will be kept at the Courier Company’s warehouse at your own risk. If we still do not hear from you within 28 days after receiving the returned item from the courier company, we will cancel the order and start to process your refund less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
- Unavailability of Goods
If products are not available for any reason whatsoever after we have accepted your order, we will let you know accordingly. Any amount already paid will be refunded.
Amount to be refunded will be nett of whatever shipping charges, transaction fees (if any), and incidental cost and expenses incurred (if any). Please also note that for Returned Goods, whatever Free Shipping offered and incurred by Koopers will need to be reimbursed to us, and such charges shall be deducted from the Refund Amount.
For IPAY88 payment gateway,
If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your bank (original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 30 days or depending on your card issuer’s policies. We will notify the refund via email.
For SPLIT payment gateway,
If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund from SPLIT company. You will receive the refund within 14 working days. We will notify the refund via email.
