Register Your Product

Please note that we strictly require an Official Receipt, and DO NOT accept screenshots of purchase receipts / payment proofs / pictures of the product, or the airway bill of the parcel. You must obtain a proper, detailed purchase receipt upon receiving the items and provide us with a valid document that clearly shows the Item Name, Seller Name, and Date of Purchase/Invoice Date or else your registration will be rejected.

For your reference:

• Orders from Shopee / TikTok Shop / Lazada:
  You can obtain the official receipt through your Order Details (Receipt/E-Invoice). You may also contact the seller directly for assistance.

• Orders from Retailers / Walk-in Store / Baby Fairs / Koopers Website:
  Please contact the respective seller or store directly to obtain your official receipt, ensuring it includes the Item Name, Seller Name, and Invoice Date.
