Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies only to purchases made from www.koopers.co.

We deliver anywhere in Malaysia, except for offshore islands and prohibited zones.

Enjoy free delivery for purchases above RM300 within West Malaysia. This offer is not available for East Malaysia addresses.

Online orders cut-off time is at 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. Orders received before 9:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day, except during festive seasons, public holidays, or state holidays. Once your order is processed and packed, we will arrange for your parcel to be picked up by one of our panel courier companies, and you will receive a tracking number via email.

The standard delivery period is between 3-5 working days. As we utilize third-party courier services, we cannot accommodate specific delivery date and time requests.

Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. has no control over the delivery service once the parcel is handed over to our panel courier company. Exceptional circumstances such as bad weather, festive seasons, or courier delays may extend the delivery time.

If an order is undelivered on the first attempt, the courier service will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt or leave a delivery notice at your address, enabling you to self-pick up from their office.

If the courier company fails to deliver after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to Koopers. You may collect it from our warehouse, or request another delivery for which additional courier fees will apply.

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your email. If the parcel is misplaced (as indicated in the tracking details), contact Koopers Distribution Sdn. Bhd. immediately for investigation and clarification.
